In our "Business Discovery" phase prior to designing your Solution, your situation is fully assessed on the basis of your technical, training and, business process situation.  This process ensures that when your begin using the tools, they exactly mirror your business, your staff competency and it has the flexibility to grow with the long term plans of your organisation. This also allows us to initially get to know you, your staff and your business and understand how you would like us to best take care of you.

You will always be in control of the way we take care of you.  You receive regular and easy to understand reports to tell you what we have done behind the scenes and include any suggestions which may assist your users and the people supporting them.

Innov8's Ongoing Envolvement

While ECM is very useful, it can only evolve with your business and available technology by allowing us to support you in taking care of it.  We teach you to drive your solution and revisit you twice a year to install your free updates and teach you the new features. 

In this way your Solution will always keep you as productive as possible and able to take advantage of the continually advancing system functions and features.  Our monthly support contracts provide you a help desk, ongoing system health-checks and immediate assistance in the face of more complex issues. By keeping a remote eye on the system and understanding any issues you may be having, we can teach you how to correct them yourself for the future.
