Your Training will be Easy, Fun, Fast & Effective

Innov8 delivers customised training programs to assist those working inside a fully optimised ECM environment. We understand, that by allowing users to work smart this guarrantees the entire enterprise immediate gains and cost reductions. 

It is a fact that many other vendors may deliver you a "Solution" sold on the basis it is so simple you only need a few hours training or perhaps none at all.  This more like "box selling" and that is completely at odds with the true nature of ECM technology.  No responsible organisation would let untrained users loose on their entire Enterprise Content, in fact this is sentencing that organisation to lost data and increased support costs which keep those vendors in jobs.  Unless your staff knows how to really use and support your ECM environment you will be forced to absolutely rely on your supplier for the life of the solution.  This also will mean paying higher hourly rates for their "support".  You all know the story!

Like any software package, whilst the basics may be easy to pick up along the way, training can help you learn the ‘tricks of the trade’ and get the most benefit out of the product. Without knowing the best, most streamline way to use our software, users are never really armed with the necessary skills to really deliver results and save your business on support costs.

We advocate and deliver:

• Training right before your guys are let loose on the system;
• Keeping an eye on them in the early days/months and give them refresher assistance if repetitive errors occur;
• Upskill training to those more advanced users in additional tips and tricks to deliver even better results;
• Update training twice per year as each new version is released. 

Fully Customised to Your Solution, Operating Environment and Team

Innov8 delivers customised training immediately prior to letting your staff loose on the new tools.  We, provide simple manuals and labs for practicing the harder stuff.  The course content and tools have been developed for specific working environments and industries that mirror your own and will equip your staff with the right knowledge, skills and experience to do their own job(s) faster and more efficiently. 

Class sizes and scheduling will be determined by working with your organisation to deliver the best and most economical results for you.  Factors we consider include the competency levels of your team, their working hours and learning needs of the specific attendees.  During each session our Certified Workplace Trainers and Assessors closely monitor each attendee and at the conclusion of the training will classify them as "competent" or "not yet competent".  Innov8 educates users from very different backgrounds, educational levels and willingness to learn.  We have never found a person who struggles after training, however if we identify anyone not yet confident/competent on the tools, we would highlight that person for suggested additional instruction.  We can return to help them or work with you to see that a more competent user helps them along the way until they "get it".

We can deliver training on site within a completely separate "training" environment on your own servers.  It will look, feel and act like your production environment but will be protected from harm whilst they practice.  It is only when each user is deemed "competent" that we introduce them to your live data, drawings and documentation.  We leave them with great manuals, test environments and labs to allow your staff to practice the more complex stuff at will.  You can then use this to train new staff as they join your own organisation.  Our clients usually build "Power Users" who can then conduct the training thus reducing your reliance on us. You only need to continually upskill those "Power Users". 

Ongoing Support and Advice

Innov8 will work with your own support team to keep an eye on the types of issues your staff report.  We monitor the types of questions most asked and will suggest refresher training for those who would benefit from it.  We can do this or you may have a "Power User" to help them. 

We also keep a close watch for those who demonstrate more advanced skills.  It is highly recommended that we continually up-skill them with additional "tips and tricks" to allow them to deliver even better results to your organisation.  Again, we can teach you these skills, return to site and do the training ourselves or even deliver via the web.
